This website and the sum of its constituent parts (including subdomains and individual webpages) are not a venue for social networking and the user comments function (where applicable) is permanently disabled. This website and all of its constituent parts are designed and intended for one-way communication, namely from the Company to the consumer. Payment
We accept the following credit cards issued by North American banks: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number the issuing bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order or a rejection of your credit card. The information passing through our system is securely encrypted.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product at the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Payment via Electronic Funds Transfer is required for all purchases initiated by customers outside the United States and Canada. A surcharge for international money transfer may be added to the purchaser’s total due. Please contact our office for details.

However, WaterWise Technologies International does not recommend or suggest a particular water treatment system for a particular application because WaterWise Technologies International is not able to have all necessary information regarding a particular application. For example, WaterWise Technologies International does not know which contaminants are in the customers water, nor does it have information on all variables surrounding their unique situation. WaterWise Technologies International is a passive reseller and does not share liability with the manufacturer for damages caused by faulty water treatment products or the installation of such products. Consumers agree to hold WaterWise Technologies International harmless for any damages resulting from improper system manufacture, design, or installation. Other Conditions

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your order as soon as it becomes available. Most orders ship within three business days, depending on when your order is received. However, there may be times when a product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered which are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Taxes
WaterWise technologies International shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within North Carolina. Tax exempt organizations within North Carolina must email or fax their tax exempt certificate to us before shipment of their order. For orders shipped to other states and countries, you are solely responsible for remittance of all sales taxes, customs fees, duties and other taxes or fees to the appropriate governing body or agency.

Forbidden Actions
You are not authorized to (i) to infringe the copyright policy of this website, (ii) to attack this website using malicious software, (iii) to restrict access to this website, (iv) to impede the normal functioning of this website and (v) to menace the Company with, or cause physical or financial harm to, the Company.

Typographical Errors
