Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping is at-cost based on weight and destination. There are no additional handling fees. In many cases Next-Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select will ship on the next business day (M-F) following your order. Orders can be shipped to anywhere in the U.S. or internationally (teritorial exceptions are noted for certain products). You will be able to see your full order price with shipping charges before entering credit card information and confirming your order. Customers who place orders to be shipped to any destination outside the United States are solely responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs and import fees.
On the first page of the checkout process, enter your zip code in the Shipping Estimator for an estimate of shipping charges based on your zip code and the combined weight of your order. Establishment of a customer account is not required to see the shipping estimate. There will be an estimate for UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select and other motheods (when applicable) if they are available to ship to your postal code.
During the checkout process, you are able to select the method of shipping. We offer UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air options, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select and other methods (when applicable). Alternative shipping: If you would like an order shipped a different way, contact us at email@example.com. Orders for larger items or bulk purchases will generally be shipped via common carrier. Every effort is made to ship your merchandise promptly from our inventory. In most cases we will e-mail your shipment tracking number or pro number to you when your order is shipped.
All sales made by the Company (WWTI) to you, whether in person, online, or via telephone, are governed by the following policies:
In many cases, you can return general stock merchandise orders up to 30 days after the purchase date. Orders for merchandise that are not general stock items or that involve custom design or manufacture according to specifications provided by the customer cannot be returned, neither will a refund be granted for the deposit or complete payment of such orders. Additional stipulations or amendments governing returns may be made at any time by WWTI to this policy concerning large orders for construction projects. In general, WWTI reserves the right to refuse return of orders (in full or part) sold to contractors, builders and property owners in situations where the merchandise ordered does not meet job specifications or comply with local code. Every effort must made made by the architect, project manager, designer and purchaser to ensure that the selected products meet job specifications and local code before ordering. WWTI will cooperate insofar as is possible to provide accurate product specifications, drawings, and other general information as requested by the customer. In situations where the merchandise has been ordered and received by the customer for such projects, and it is deemed not to meet job specifications or local code requirements, WWTI at its discretion may elect to not accept return of the merchandise. On a case by case basis, WWTI may decide to accept a return of the merchandise and issue an account credit in lieu of a refund.
Before you return any merchandise, you must contact us to receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN). If you do not have this number, we cannot accept your returned merchandise. The merchandise must be unused, unopened, and include all the original parts and manuals. When returning an order, please include a copy of your email receipt and a brief written explanation of why you are returning the product.
Merchandise should be repackaged in its original packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage. You are responsible for return shipping charges and for lost packages or any damage that may occur to the merchandise while in transit. Your return shipment must be made via a carrier that provides tracking information (e.g. UPS, FedEx, or Insured Mail).
WaterWise Technologies International will provide you a return shipping address along with your RAN.
We will issue a refund within 5 business days of receiving merchandise that we authorize for return and deem resalable. The complete refund will be the original purchase price less a 25% processing / restocking fee and the original shipping costs already paid to the carrier.

The above return policy also applies to exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange your merchandise for different merchandise of equal or greater value, we will waive the 25% processing / restocking fee. (Some exclusions apply.) We will apply your entire initial payment minus the original shipping costs towards your second order. Shipping charges (and sales tax for NC residents) will apply to the second order. Orders that involve custom design or manufacture according to specifications provided by the customer cannot be exchanged.
Cancelled Orders Policy
We ship most orders within one business day. If you contact us before shipment of your order, you may cancel your order. If your order is cancelled after 4:00 PM U.S. EST on the day of the order or on a future date, you will be subject to a 5% processing fee to cover credit card processing fees.
If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return your order in accordance with the above return policy.
